Reptitive Pay as you go data bundles

Be extremely cautious when buying repetitive data bundles that must be supp**** on a monthly bases for 6 months or longer.<br> I purchased a 6 month bundle to be given to me on a monthly bases. After 4 moths they just stopped supplying.<br> As it was impossible to report it on their automated dial in line I sent them e-mails. This was answered giving me a ref. no the first time and stating that it was passed on to the correct department for resolving. After a period of 3 day's with no results, I tried again mentioning the ref. no to only get a message that the ref. no is closed.<br> No response after that was received - 6 days overdue.<br> Rather only buy one's off short term data bundles as communication when experiencing trouble with MTN is non existent.<br>
