Reporting phishing attempt to MTN is mission impossible

I received a phishing call from a ********* trying to get me to give them my OTP by claiming there is a sim swap request on my number, luckily I saw through it and did not give away my OTP. Like any good citizen, I tried to bring this to MTN's attention by reporting this with the numbers that the ********* used. But the ***** department (CR*****queries email) says call 083135, the consultant at 083135 says call the anonymous tip off department, and the anonymous tip off department says call the ***** department...

The MTN ***** report form https://www.mtn.co.za/Pages/Report*****Form.aspx is also not working properly, the send button simply don't work and then the verification simply expires, I tried this on both chrome and MS edge, so there was no way for me to report this phishing attempt.

It is appalling how seemingly impossible it is to report a phishing attempt to MTN, it looks like when there is an opportunity for MTN to follow up using RICA and do something about it and prevent future victims, they couldn't seem to care less...

All in all, I am very disappointed with MTN and now I understand why *****s relating to mobile network providers are so popular with *********.
