Reported damaged phone

Earlier today i went to MTN Paarl Shop 2, Jan Phillips Square, Cnr Fabriek & Nantes Street. I went to return the Samsung galaxy S6 i upgraded to last week. The home key/ fingerprint sensor is faulty. I have researched this problem and saw that there were many users that had the same problem specifically with the S6 black model. They have all managed to return their handsets without any problems from their service providers.

I spoke to Marco (the manager) and before i could even explain the issue he was already upset. he said that he will cancel the upgrade and that i am free to go to any other branch for another phone as he is not interested in assisting me again. He even said i could take it up with his boss if i wanted to. how can i buy a R12000 phone knowing it is faulty?????Now what kind of client service is that????

We are the ones giving them the business so that they can make a living. who gives him the right to treat me, a paying customer like that? i sincerely hope that this gets to the right people so that his bad attitude can be addressed as i am now seriously considering moving my contract to another service provider.
