reported a complaint almost a month ago amd no res

I placed a complaint almost a month ago. I was called over a week later by someone from mtn. He promised to get back to me asap regarding my case. And here I am still waiting...<br> <br> I called their usually *********** call centre and again they say nothing but they are logging it. And the best part. Besides noticing how theyve messed up... I must keep calling them back to follow up. What nonsense is that. Can mtn just give me back my money really now
