report poor network coverage in my area

hi i live in the south western townships at pimville in nancefield hostel next to maponya mall and i would like to report poor network coverage in my area it as been a disturbing issue in my environment we are struggling the is poor cell phone, internet,connection and delayed messaging wich this is affecting small business in the community in getting good signal i am intending to open a small business in my community such as an internet cafe to help connect and provide our youth to get the information they need close by rather then having to travel far because internet cafes can help them apply for jobs, learnership,research, scholarships,and many other things inclusive with internet or online connection.it would really help our community if this concern could be taken into consideration by our S.A network providers im speaking to TELKOM, CELL C ,MTN and VODACOM to help inset a network tower or fiber connection in our community that can enable open doors of a brighter world in information and network accessibility in our environment for the youth and for whom ever my be in need of such.
