Replacing my iphone
Bad experience ever i my phone is not yet replaced

06 May 2026, 09:26I went Mtn in Gateway to buy iPhone double deals around october last year guy called Mzi or Mzo i ask him to insurance my phone unfotunaterly he insured wrong phone i got ****** on 17/04/2026 when i went for claim i founded out that they can not re Place my phone becoz the guy insured wrong phone i tried to ask what they going to do they said they escalated the matter till today i am waiting it not my mistake it a store problem not it my problem n you guys quick to say i must continue paying for cellphone that is no longer with me n quick to blacklist someone can this matter be resolved .
