Replacement handset needed (and MTN need to call me back)
New cellphone (Huawei P30 Lite) is not working properly. Contract was signed on 25 March 2020. However, this unit is not working properly.
I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to get a hold of MTN via their various methods. 1. Online contact form 2. 135 number 3. Twitter 4. Now hellopeter.com
1st call to MTN was done on 28 March.
To date they have not responded.

14 Apr 2020, 13:20The store is closed. We contacted MTN a few times and received a mail on Thursday that we needed to contact the collections department. They gave us a contact number but when we tried the number today (1st working day after mail was received) we got an automated message stating that the department is closed.
