Repeatedly Faulty LG G3 Smartphone

Shortly after buying the LG G3 on a contract, I discovered a problem with the screen. MTN at Waterstone Village sent it in for a warranty assessment. After three weeks they informed me that I could get a new phone. A day later to my great disappointment i discovered the same problem with the new phone. I took it back to MTN and they called the LG rep at Canal Walk . They then told me that later that week or the Monday there after there will be a technician to whom I can show the problem -they will let me know when he is at their shop. Nearly 2 weeks passed without anyone contacting me. When I then called MTN at Waterstone again, they told me I should go to the MTN in Somerset Mall and talk to the technician there. He confirmed that the screen is faulty and said the LED was to close to the gorilla glass). I went back to MTN at Waterstone and they simply booked my phone in for another warranty assessment, which will probably take another 3 weeks just to confirm an obvious out of box failure. Furthermore, each time I lost about R200, as I app**** the tempered glass screen for optimal protection. All I want is a phone that meets the specs that i want, and that works as it should.
