Repeated Service Issues with no resolution

I am beyond frustrated with the unacceptable and repetitive issues I am experiencing with my account. Despite being fully paid, I am forced to contact MTN every single day to request that my account be reinstated. This is utterly pathetic and completely unprofessional for a company of your size.

I am sick and tired of begging for a service I am fully entitled to. MTN, fix this issue immediately and ensure it does not happen again.
