Can MTN please own up and allow me to make changes on the Router i pay for and the Cellphone Contract issue, they where at fault but im punished for the mistake they need, i would rather be released from both the contracts if i will be treated like this;---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Motsumi 29 <***********> Date: Thu, 20 Mar 2025, 11:04 Subject: Re: **********082 To: <***********>

Please note that a technical error on our side caused the system to automatically change your payment method from debit order to cash. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To reinstate your debit order, please contact 083 135 for further assistance.
Should you need any further clarification, feel free to reach out.
Kind regards, Maphefo Phokungwane
