Repayment Agreement

My partner wants to settle her account but she can't get help. She keeps on calling to make arrangements to pay her account but they keep telling her the account is with the legal team.

How can she get hold of them before they say the interest went up and she owes for? Can she get direct number to call because call center is just useless
