Repars,Servicing,Incorrect Billing, uncalled contr
Good day

I really must express my disappointment with MTN and the lack of service that I'm constantly getting.

Issue 1 - MTN contract not cancelled as instructed on 083 ***.

Please see below is an e-mail communication that I sent to cancel my initial contract you with MTN on my mobile number ***.
Needless to say the contract was due to expire/upgrade on Sept 25th and I requested to cancel. To date, the contract is not cancelled. A debit order of R308.25 went off my account on 30th November with reference numbers MTN SP N******. This is the same reference that was used for my debits on this old contract which is SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED BUT IT'S NOT. This was not authorised.

Issue 2 - MTN new iPhone 6 S 16GB contract - Faulty device on mobile number ***.
After putting an application at Jacqueline Mall (Randhart Alberton) *** for an iphone 6S 16GB @ R349 p/m, I took delivery of the phone on the 11 November 2015. The device is not responding as normal.
The battery life does even last 3 hours. My app store does not load, I cannot go to any websites, my iTunes stores does not load. The phone is not responsive.
