Repairs to LG G2

<p>I had a query for the repair of my LG G2 which I submitted for repairs in December 2015. This query has not been resolved as yet. I made payment of the excess in the amount of R150 on 26 May 2016 but now it seems as though they cannot locate my payment and I am still waiting for my phone. I have to resend my proof of payment everytime I speak to a consultant but yet no allocation has taken place. I have to hold on the line for min 10 minutes everytime I phone andc i don't phone from an MTN number so I have to pay for my phonecalls. I actually want each and every contract that I have with MTN to be cancelled and I want nothing to do with MTN. I have had the worse experience with them thus far and I am so disappointed in MTN. I have just upgraded a contract at the end of 2015 but I want every contract that I have with MTN cancelled and I will return the phone that I got when I upgraded. I will most definitely not leave this here and will take this up higher.</p>
