REPAIRS TAKING TOO LONG

I took my phone (iPhone 5S) to MTN Store Pretoria central (standard bank building church street) on 16 January 2015 to book it in for repairs, which was taken in for assessment, then received a quotation of R3630.00. I lodged a claim with MTN insurance and they accepted the quote on 11 Feb 2015 then few days later was told that I need to pay the excess amount for the phone to be delivered to me. I paid the required excess amount on 18 Feb 2015. I received no update from the repairs department until I decided to call and make a follow up only to find that the phone was not repaired because the feature find my iPhone was still active on the phone and that I am required to pay R330.00 assessment fee and re-book the phone in for repairs again. MTN insurance informed me that they will re-book it in and so far that has not happened. Had I been informed that the feature needs to be turned off for the repairs to proceed I would have done so before booking it in, why are they not informing me of any developments. <br> To date my phone has not been repaired and I do not have a loan phone, for two months I am paying for a device that I do not have, this is a SERIOUS inconvenience
