repairs on my contract sony m handset on waranty
I have Sony M handset on contract with MTN and I send it for repairs as it is still under warranty. The speaker is faulty and the charging system is faulty.<br> <br> The phone was returned to me without being fixed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues that you were faced with regarding the faulty handset.
I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. I understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved.
Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for us to revisit the repairs, we would require you to book the handset in again and have the store mark it for urgent attention as it has been in for repairs on a prior occasion.
