Im quite suprise fir such a big company to have such a waiting period for their customers,4 to 8weeks waiting for a phone while the customer is not in communication ? worse the phone start staying at the shop for about 3 days before being collected by the courier to the repair centre honestly thats fustrating n its worse when they are aware of the handset has such fault
