repairs

Hi I booked my phone in on the 26th of March 2020 for repairs I went to enquire on Monday 20th July and was told my phone was never sent to repairs so I requested a courtesy phone but was told that they don't have courtesy phones I have a long standing contract with mtn and was shocked by they bad service please help regards Patricia Mogakwe
