repairs and servicing

Its been almost a month and there are 2 Mtn agents handling this query and still no positive reponse, it is frustrating as to how Mtns agents treat their clients, a contract is being paid for and the phone is with Mtn, Mtn should fit the bill for this contract as they have the phone for almost a month and when we do phone or email these people all they say is that are waiting for a reponse or they are on leave This is pathetic Service !!!<br> Mtns agents dont care about their clients aslong as the bills are being paid, Worst service provider ive ever delt with
