Repairers going through our social media

I booked my phone in for repairs. The courier fetched it on Monday 14/06/2021, and every time I call to find out the progress of the phone. I am told it yet to be inspected. now I worry about what is taking so long for all this and what needs to be repaired is not so major. My main problem is that the repairers are busy on Whatsapp, god knows what they are doing with my social media as the problem is not. Since my phone was picked up on the 14th my last seen on Whatsapp should be that date. But no the repairers are not fixing my phone just busy on my Whatsapp, as my last seen is now the 23rd. when I call to find out about all this no one has an answer for me and they refusing to give me numbers to the repairers so that I can find out for myself what they doing on my Whatsapp. Now I worry about what other personal stuff are they busy with on my phone while I don't have access to my phone. MTN doesn't have answers, but they are the only people that can communicate with the repairers.
