Repaired phone never returned after 11months

Mtn ,<br> <br> i have not received any feedback or resolution since the below was logged on the 3 November 2015 @8:55am ?<br> <br> My IPhone 5 32gig was collected in January 2015 for repairs and I was given a IPhone 5C loan phone .there after i have not received any communication regarding when I was going to get my refurbished phone that i was informed when eventually i got through to the call centre.<br> Its 11 months now and i still don't have my phone back that i'm paying for every month ,I can't get hold of anybody to advise me on the status and this is not the client service i thought ill get for being with Mtn for almost 10 years.<br> <br> Hello Brandon-J,<br> <br> Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same.
