Repair Taking Forever
<p>I submitted a phone for repairs on the 24th of October as it is still under warranty. I have been calling MTN Repair Centre ( ********** ) for the past 3 weeks to get updates. All I have been told is that the phone is awaiting replacement parts. Only last week Thursday I was told the phone has been escalated to Sony. After waiting for almost a month with no update.</p>
