REPAIR ON ROUTER

Poor, poor service!!! My router charging pin broke, I've sent it in for repairs and I was advised that it will take a week to get repaired. Dropped of the router on the 27th September 2023. It got checked in on the 2nd October at the repair center. It's the 19th of October called them and was advised it will take another week to be repaired total time (17 DAYS TO REPAIR!) This is totally unacceptable as the sim card is locked on the router and I can't use it no where totally useless! I am forced to buy data everyday. MTN treats its customers really bad!
