Repair on Iphone - 8 weeks no quote

Have send my new Iphone 6 in for repairs on the screen( 9 of June 2015.) MTN keeps telling me I need to pay R350.00 before they will return the broken phone. I keep telling them I need a quote for the repairs and not my phone back.I keep emailing Suzette Germishuys at MTN Tygervalley, Bellville Westren CApe to request feedback and all I hear is that she has emailed the repair centre. The IMEI number is ***. All I need is a quote to see if it is worth my money to repair. Cant wait for my contract to expire so I can move on to another provider. Warning!!!!!! stay away from MTN and don't renew your contact.
