Repair of INSURED handset
I have reported and handed the defected mobile phone in at Mooiriver mall in Potchefstroom for repairs on 9 March 2015. To date i have not received the phone back, and it is the one after the other e-mail or query.<br> I think 4 months for a simple repair on a cell-phone device is not to much for a company by the name of MTN to handle.
