Repair of Apple Iphone
Hi, i complained about MTN repairs NOV/DEC 2015. I could't get a report from MTN for our insurance and they send it after you contact them. Then i must pay in R330 fot the phone to be send back to repairs with a email to tell them the phone must be fixed. the next Tzaneen branch phone me and tell met the broken phone is at the branch. I asked them to send it back. After days they send us an sms to say the qoute and the sms say send \yes' back so that the phone can be repaired. We send yes back and the next day the same sms and send yes back again. Today i phone and asked about the phone and they said no they have'nt received any thing. I am so cross because when are they ever goiing to fix the phone. Now i must AGAIN pay in R330 for what. just to be send back to Tzaneen branch. <br> "
