Phone sent in for repairs under warrantee, i have been given the run around for ver a month and i still dont have my phone or a replacement phone yet i am expected to continue paying my contract fees

Can someone PLEASE contact me regarding my phone, the phone is under 6months ols, i would like a replacement asap
