Repair Lost

I booked in a phone for repairs at the Mtn store in Orange farm, This was done four months ago. When I go there they tell me that they don't have any records of phones booked in. They took the whole package, i don't have any records, i would trace it myself. I work in a store myself, i know that repairs take 2-4 weeks only.<br> <br> I am seriously furious as i still haven't received my phone
