REPAIR COST FOR A CELL PHONE UNDER WARRENTY
Delan Soobramoney, Account number A***
Sony Z3 Compact - D 5803
IMEI Number :***
Late last year ( Nov/Dec) I upgraded my contract at MTN Secunda (Old Mall, Next To Pick n Pay) for the new Sony Z3 compact.
On delivery I had to do 2 sim swaps which I don't blame the consultant has its was the 1st Z3 compact upgrade.
The phone worked well but after a long period of gaming my hand sent became hot and would freeze.
But once you switch off the phone and switch on the phone worked without problems.
Once I stated to download applications and more games onto the phone it would always give a message to check memory or memory full.
I used a SD card/memory card from my previous contract and all my photos and songs where deleted.
On 4th of April whilst typing a message I noticed the top left corner of the screen starting to open up.
On the evening off the 4th I tried to charge my phone but it refused to charge.
On the 5th of April I took it into the MTN store (same as above) and I was given a manual document and told that the printer was offline.
The phone was booked in but no docet was given. To this day i don't have any feedback but i stll have to pay every month.
