Repair Claim taking forever to be processed

I submitted a claim for a cell phone screen repair on the 17th December 2020 , with MTN Insurance Admyntec. Until today nothing is happening on the claim and the claims department have nothing to say to me except that they are waiting for their assessors to get back to them regarding the claim. I have also forwarded my complaints to MTN Complaints still no feedback.
