Repair Centre : I requested an emailed quotation, but keep receiving SMS

My device was submitted for a repair quotation.

I have received an SMS detailing the amount, which is no good as I need to submit a written quotation to my insurance company. I have phoned twice; 1st time I was on hold for 13min, no answer, the 2nd time I was on hold for 32min, no answer. So why state that I should phone ********** 349 for queries but no one answers!
