repair
On the 4 Feb my husband took in his handset to be repaired. As he got the phone in Sept 2015 all the applications just keeps loading. We got told by Elizabeth the repair will take plus minus 2 weeks. As 2 weeks have past I send emails and phone numerous times. My husband phone mtn Sasolburg today to find out how long is is still going to take and got told by Elizabeth she has no idea they are still waiting for the repair center. He also ask if they can issue him with a tempary phone as he is borrowIng someone else phone. There they also cannot assist him. How long does repairs take, as he is paying for a handset that he does not have.
