Rententions Dept want to keep you , but can’t do the basics

Been with MTN for over 14 years. My contract expires today. I called on 11/09/23 to give one months notice of intent to cancel. Agent says call again on 10/10/23 to cancel contact. I called yesterday only for Agent to tell , i have to call today (11/10/23) to cancel. First time i called in yesterday after holding for over 10 mins - agent cuts the call. I call a second time and ask for a team leader or supervisor…get put through to an agent , who says he notes that the notice wasn’t placed …now I have to wait till 11 Nov. told him this unacceptable, requested he listen to the voice recording on 11/09. He said he will call me today but hasnt. I sent an email - no reply. I call through to cancellations again today- gave the agents name to the person answering my call - they say the agent is available and she has sent my cell number to him to call me… still waiting…34 mins later. And Retentions want to ask why i want to cancel my contract and start throwing deals at me ….i get pathetic service…why would I want to stay

If anyone bothers….I want someone to call me to cancel my contract. ***
