When I suspected that my MTN account was being hacked I immediately informed MTN on that my details have been changed. They rectified that but later on I got messages that an account was opened in my name at IStore Witbank and I must provide details for delivery. I informed their ***** department yesterday 8th July and Linda promised to escalate the matter. Now, Today, when I phone them,they are telling me that Linda got an email informing him that the order cannot be cancelled by them but they approved that application. Please help me get the order cancelled immediately and ask MTN to cancel my contract with immediate effect.
