renewing of contract:grievous

I visited in the beginning of June the Mtn branch at the Langeberg Mall in Mossel bay with the intention of renewing 2 of my contracts, which by the way I have 4 contracts with Mtn and have been a customer of Mtn well over 12 years. In store they had a brochure depicting the different deals and packages.My interest fell on a deal of R139-00 per month which include a cell phone namely a Sony Xperia E4 which I whas ready to sign a deal on.The saleslady told me that the instrument was not available as they waiting for stock despite advertising the deal.I was the told that they will contact me as soon as the phone is available,to no avail. I contacted the branch 3 times and they told me the still waiting for the phone.One month later going back to the branch the latest brochure was out and the same phone was again advertised with the same benefits but at a higher rate of R169-00,once again I was told the instrument is not available.I speak to the area manager and ask him when will the phone be available and I want the deal for the price as advertised but he say no that cant be done.He mention the delay is due to the strike and I mention but that is not my problem and the he say that I
