Renewing a contract without approval or signature for 36 MOnths!!!!

There should be no star!! My daughter was due for her upgrade last year, but we did not renew the contract or got a new phone, I was told that the contract would just run from month to month until we decide to get a new phone or upgrade. A month ago I decided to upgrade her contract with new phone, only to be TOLD THAT THE CONTRACT WAS RENEWED FOR 36 months!!!! Asking how that was possible as I NEVER SIGNED ANY CONTRACT as the contract is in my name! I would never sign a contract of 36 months and have never either!! I have been with MTN for over 16 years now and they are ***********, not helpful at all. Still waiting for somebody to come back to me, of course nobody did! I had to go into the store at Rondebosch AGAIN to find out what was going on! Well lo and behold all the staff there had been replaced with new staff! I am going to get legal action should this not be sorted! They cannot renew a contract without a signature!!!!! If I do not get a response from here, I will have no option but to start legal proceedings!!!!!
