Renewal without contract

I was phoned by Andrew from Mtn Direct to renew contract. I was told that the branch could not offer me the deal he is offering. It was a lie. I was promised a contract sent to me. It did not happen. I tried for two weeks to find out what is going on and the number that is given is always the wrong person who then pass you on to the next person who just do not answer the phone. I travelled 400 km to the branch, who passed me to the SP office, who passed me to a SMS service who rep**** that they will contact me in 24 hours. I travelled back now knowing that I was upgraded with all the cost without a contract. Now I want the contract cancelled and get away from Mtn as fast and as far possible. They phoned me and just did not do what they promised. One person who also promised to come back on the matter was Simya.
