Remove this SIM card block

MTN services are the worst I don’t recommend it to anybody. My phone is on contract and it’s forever giving me problems. My phone completely lost signal on Sunday the 12th and I tried calling the call centre with no response on Friday the 17th I decided to go instore to find out what was going on, the MTN staff at the Glen failed to assist me and so did the staff at from the call centre. My phone has been network locked and I can’t use any MTN SIM card this makes no sense because my contract is with MTN how the hell. Do you network lock my phone, I pay for insurance and if any is to happen to my device insurance won’t cover because of MTNs stupid staff. Honestly not happy with their service as soon as the issue is sorted out I’m cancelling this stupid contract. MTN gives me nothing but problems
