remove reserve for data
<p>hello</p> <p>i have a huge problem, annoying problem.... can someone please remove this reserve option on my number because each time i load airtime MTN trasferes it to reserve data option. last weekend i loaded R60 IWENT TO THAT THING, TODAY I LOAD R30 it goes to that option, its inconviencing me, i need to mek emergancy calls im told i have insuffiecient airtime.. please remove this option from my number, i did not request for ot</p>

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced.
Kindly be advised that the reason the airtime gets reserved is due to multiple active internet sessions running on your device. The airtime then gets reserved in order to maintain and complete all sessions, this will happen even if you have data. Kindly note once you reboot it temporarily closes the sessions hence you will find the funds less as it will then deduct the funds based on the session that was running prior to the reboot. To avoid this from happening please enable the flight mode on your device for a few minutes and disable it, this will cancel all running sessions on your device .
