Remove my name from credit bureau listing

I was having a cell phone contract with MTN and i was not paying the contract on time , then my contract was handed over to their legal collections department. So i was paying it via legal collection department. So my contract now is paid up in full and is settled and i also have a paid up letter from legal collection department to show that my contract is paid up. And i did the last payment on July this year. So my problem is that when i log into clear score app this MTN contract is still active and is saying im owing. So im asking MTN, can you please kindly remove my name from a relevent credit bureau's
