REMOVE ME FROM YOUR SPAM SMS DATABASE NOW!!!

Since 2020 I have been struggling to get myself removed from MTN's spam sms database. I cannot block the smsses they send me (without consent) as the smsses come from 'MTN' I have tried EVERYTHING EVERYTHING EVERYTHING!!!! I have called, emailed, used fb chat etc. EVERY TIME I need to repeat what the problem is and everytime they tell me they have 'escalated' the issue and I STILL RECEIVE these unsolicited spam smsses from MTN. I have LITERALLY BEGGED and BEGGED and pleased with them to PLEASE stop spamming me. This is in CLEAR violation of the POPI act. On thursday 3 november 2022 i received et another ******* spam sms from MTN about 21st Century Life selling funeral cover. AGAIN I reported this SEVERAL times and again they said they 'escalated' it. I know the mtn people will ignore this report and reply with their standard copy-and-paste response. My next move will be to take a small film crew to an mtn office. I will then report the spam sms to them again and then handcuff myself to a chair in their office and live broadcast it on social media and i will remain there until the issue has been resolved. I am SICK of their lies and 'escalations' without them taking ANY action to remove me from their spam sms database. I would like senior management to resolve this as your regular staff are clearly ***********.
