Remove me from ITC I do not owe u any money am on prepaid

After the appalling service received from MTN call ref: ********** 54 and ********** 98 I have settled my account two moths ago and have moved over to prepaid but my account is still listed on ITC as being active. Please take me of so that i can move on with my life
