Remove blacklisting from Phone

Can MTN please remove the blacklisting in my phone. I have done everything you requested me to do but still I get no joy. I have been calling and all the consultants have different stories. One say this the other says that. I asked to speak to a team leader and Ntutuko Nzamo their team leader didn't want to take the call and said I must send an email. It's been more than 72 hours and I need to use my phone. I'm really tired of all these up and downs that they making me do. I been a customer for sooooooooo long this is the first tym I'm actually considering moving after all of this.

Good day Alice.
You have unblacklised the wrong device. Now my insurance is busy calling me about this. I don't understand stand why I was not called first to confirm with device I wanted to unblacklist. The device that was supposed to be unblacklisted is ***0550 2. That is my sons device. Cell phone number ***. ***. Now I have to go back to the police station and do another affidavit. I'm not happy. I put in my 078 number because it is my main line I use. Can this be blacklisted again and the correct phone be unblacklisted.
