Removal of unauthorized debit orders - MTN not responding

A little more than a week ago I called MTN to have unauthorized debit orders removed from my bank account.

Debit orders amounting to a R1000 (YELLO DATAAMP, RESB, HOTSPOTTERMP, KIN TEL, PHOB, SOSSQUAD, SOMU SIM) every month is going off on my account which I never agreed to.

The lady I spoke to Sindisiwe Thabethe, told me to email her my bank account statements so she can have a look as she did not believe me. She told me she would remove those unauthorized debit orders. I followed up again with her in the week but she has not rep****, nor were those debit orders removed.

Can I please be put into contact with someone at MTN that will assist me.
