Removal of Bolt On Data & Cancellation of Contract

There is a major problem with the staff at your [Email Removed] response team. I am trying to remove the recurring bolt on data bundle from my contract [#***9], and I get told to contact Autopage!? Autopage no longer exists! I am also trying to give in my notice for the termination of my contract on 5 June 2016. [#***9] Your website says \... note that there is a minimum of 30 days' and a maximum of 90 days notice before the term end of your contract.\" This leaves me well within bounds of being able to give notice. Yet I get told that I need to give my notice on exactly the 5th of May, no sooner. With the slow response time and lack of interest in doing their job, I do not trust that emailing my notice through on the minimum amount of days allowed will result in it actually being processed on that day. I believe that I would more likely get trapped into another month (at the same cost, even though the phone will be paid off by that point in time) with MTN because my request would only get processed (if it got processed at all) after the cut off date. Is this how you have to hold onto your subscribers now, by trapping them? Please resolve these two issues ASAP."
