REMINDER: STAY AWAY FROM MTN

Here I am again, with my weekly 1 star review of MTN.

Still fighting with MTN about a ********** debit charge from November 2021 of R8500. I have sent multiple emails to four different MTN clerks and not one has responded to me.

In the meantime, MTN has greylisted my number for the last three months so that i am unable to use my cell phone at all. On top of this, I am being billed for these months that I am unable to use my phone. Why? Because of an MTN f*ck up.

At this point, I am going to have seek legal advice against MTN. They are *********** and incapable of dealing with this internally.
