Reliable network with room for improvement I’ve been an MTN customer for some time, and overall my experience has been good. Network coverage is generally reliable, and I can stay connected at home, at work, and when travelling. I appreciate the variety of data and airtime options, which make it easy to find something that suits my needs. While there are occasional issues with customer service wait times, problems are usually resolved in the end. MTN continues to be a dependable network for everyday communication, and I’m happy to remain a customer.
