RELENTLESS PESTERING EVEN AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AT RESOLUTION!

CLEARLY MTN IS GOING TO SHOW ITS CLIENTS THAT IT WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR PRIVACY. AS PER MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT I REFERRED TO A NINE YEAR OLD CHILD BEING BOMBARDED WITH SPAM AND MARKETING SMS'S FROM MTN!! SHE HAS TRIED SEVERAL TIMES USING THE OPT OUT NUMBER MTN RECOMMENDS (*130*603#)YET THIS CONTINUES AND THEN.....thhis happened>> Wow!! Interesting to note that they did not respond here in a fair and good PRO manner but instead called a nine year old child to tell her to tell me that they would remove her from the marketing bombardment ONLY IF I remove my post on this forum. Dirty tricks !! I HAVE WRITTEN MY COMPLAINT IN CAPITAL LETTERS IN THE HOPE OF BEING HEARD !!! IT IS RELENTLESS THUS THIS THIRD EFFORT EVEN AFTER USING THE WEBSITE EMAIL PLATFORM. SEEMS A LITTLE SNARKY TO IGNORE A GENUINE CUSTOMER!
