Please release my number as I am trying to port to Telkom but they said I should contact you as a error arrised on your side

Thank you for your post, sorry for any inconvenience caused. I have checked your number and all seems to be ok except you just have diverts on your line. Please cancel the diverts using the ##002# yes code.
As per our telephone conversation, we do not hold or prevent prepaid numbers from porting.
