Rejected insurance claim

MTN together with Santam policy rejecting my insurance claim. I have been paying for my insured device for over 3 years now. MTN only disclosing when reporting the phone as damaged at the store that Santam is the 3rd party insurer. MTN, you can do better regarding your insurance services
