REJECTED CELLPHONE CLAIMS

This communication serves as a dispute regarding two devices that belong to my sons. The two lines are under my contract at MTN, though the phones are used by my sons. My other son is in Cape Town and the other one in Rhodes , Grahamstown. There has been a co-incident here, unfortunately for me, their devices got ****** at different times , but within the same month. I am currently residing in Mthatha, which gives me a problem to do statements with the police stations, together with the affidavits in Mthatha, whereas the phones were ****** in the above-mentioned towns. Mthatha Police Station calls it a ***** to report a ****** device in an area where the event did not occur. The challenge that I am encountering currently is that MTN Insurance regards these two affidavits as null and void as they claim that I, the MTN account holder, am the one who should make statements and affidavits instead of my sons in the areas where events occur.

I, therefore, request your good office to please intervene.
